Produced from ungrafted vines of Gamay planted in 1978, Cot planted in 2003 and Gascon in 2006. They are grown on clay and silica based soils, the grapes are harvested by hand between the end of September and the beginning of October, then a week of maceration with spontaneous fermentation from 15 days to 1 month without temperature control. Finally 18 months in barrique. Unfiltered.
Violet and red fruits such as cherries, berries and plums then notes of sweet spices and on the final herbaceous background.
Intense and ripe, full-bodied and round, with noble tannins. Overbearing and persistent finish
