Obtained from approximately 50 year old vines resting on superficially siliceous soil, with clay and Silex in depth. The grapes are harvested by hand between the end of September and the beginning of October, they ferment spontaneously in old oak barrels where they then mature for 15 months. No filtration or clarification.
Spicy and very mineral, balsamic with hints of mint and undergrowth, floral with notes of ripe red fruit
Deep and structured, fresh and mineral, the tannin is gentle and the finish very pleasant
