🛁 Obtained from approximately 15-year-old vines resting on a surface siliceous soil with clay and Silex in depth. The grapes are harvested by hand between the end of September and the beginning of October, fermented spontaneously in old oak barrels where they mature for 12/18 months. No filtration or clarification.
👃🏻 Withered white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, mineral notes of flint and herbs
👅 Fresh and elegant taste, mineral returns and very long finish
