Wine Box da 3 di vino rosso
100% 2020, Gamay
From organically grown vines planted in 1968 on silica-rich soils. Harvested by hand. From fully destemmed grapes, one week of maceration and subsequent 15 months of maturation in barrels. Bottled two springs after harvest. A concentrated juice, with notes of spice, mint and a touch of animal. The taste is a fruit bomb with nice depth. Structure and drinkability go hand in hand here. Warning: this is an addictive wine! Excellent aging potential. The label is a Maori design of Heidi representing a dragonfly.
Ancestral 202o, Cot 45%, Gamay 45%, Gascon 10%
From free-range vines of Gamay planted in 1978, Côt (an alternative name for Malbec) planted in 2003 and Gascon from 2006. Grown on clay and silica-based soils, the grapes are hand-picked between late September and early October. A week of maceration and spontaneous fermentation for 15 days to 1 month without temperature control. The wine then spends 18 months in barrique. Unfiltered.
Elements 2020Gamay
A unique and sensual wine from Gamay Chaudenay grapes, all pink flesh and purity. Extraordinary freshness, great balance and a disarming drinkability are the qualities of this literally bewitching wine.
