Ancestral 2020Cot 45%, Gamay 45%, Gascon 10% - Two Bottles
From free-range vines of Gamay planted in 1978, Côt (an alternative name for Malbec) planted in 2003 and Gascon from 2006. Grown on clay and silica-based soils, the grapes are hand-picked between late September and early October. A week of maceration and spontaneous fermentation for 15 days to 1 month without temperature control. The wine then spends 18 months in barrique. Unfiltered.

From Menu Pineau vines planted in 1958. Manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation for 15/30 days in old barrels, no batonnage and no invasive interventionism. In a word: original, very original indeed.
100% 2020Gamay
Obtained from approximately 50-year-old vines resting on a siliceous surface soil with clay and Silex in depth. The grapes are harvested by hand between the end of September and the beginning of October, fermented spontaneously in old oak barrels where they mature for 15 months. No filtration or clarification. Spicy and very mineral, balsamic with hints of mint and undergrowth, floral with notes of ripe red fruit. Deep and structured, fresh and mineral, the tannin is gentle and the finish very pleasant
