Product of the vineyard of the same name planted in 1999 on volcanic soil. Only free-run must without any pressing. Vinified from whole bunches and aged in used Burgundian barriques (228l). Production of only 2,800 bottles.
Floral with hints of red fruits and citrus notes, mineral and with hints of aromatic herbs, smoky on the finish
Full and generous, soft and with noble tannins, good acidity and an unforgettable finish
Serving temperature 18°-20°
