🛁 Produced from the vineyard of the same name planted in 1999 on volcanic soil. Only flower must without any pressing. Vinified whole cluster and aged in used Burgundy barriques (228l). Production of only 2,800 bottles.

👅 Fresh and sharp taste, full and very elegant, with velvety tannins, savoury and long on the finish
