From clay-limestone soils, this Gewurztraminer – 80% with destemmed grapes and 20% whole bunches, macerates for 21 days in contact with the skins. Matured for 8 months in 20 hl barrels. Unfiltered and without added sulphites. with an orange colour, it opens onto a beautiful aromatic richness well supported by a marked salinity.
Aromatic and delicate, it features citrus notes of Grapefruit, Mandarin and Lichi, then floral notes of Rose and white flowers, finishing with pink pepper
Full-bodied in the mouth, with great structure and flavor, fresh and with a long finish
Serving temperature 14°-16°
