Native yeasts and spontaneous fermentation in cement in contact with the skins for approximately 25 days. Matured for 22 months in barriques.

On the nose, floral hints and red fruit such as black cherry in alcohol and plum, then spices and tobacco, with mineral and balsamic notes at the end.

Full and round on the palate, with elegant tannins, great drinkability and a long finish

Le Due Terre was founded in 1984 in Prepotto, in the province of Udine, by Silvana Forte and Flavio Basilicata. The winery it is one of the smallest realities in Friuli, being able to count on only 4 hectares of vineyards and has always stood out for the search for artisanal quality in its wines, becoming over the years a cult winery for enthusiasts of Friulian wines scattered around the world . They are, among other things, red winemakers convinced of a land with a white vocation. They produce around 17,000 bottles per year, divided between four wines: Sacrisassi white, Sacrisassi red (blend of Schioppettino and Refosco), Merlot and Pinot Noir.
