From a calcareous clay soil located at 350 meters above sea level, it ferments and refines in cement before finishing in the bottle. The vines are 15 years old. Fresh and lively, with a pleasant salty streak on the palate.
Permanence on the lees and aging in barrels for a period of a few months.
Golden Marls, Cortese 100%
From a clayey-calcareous soil located at an altitude of 350 metres, it ferments and refines in cement before bottling. Age of the vines 30 years. The slight over-ripening on the vine combined with the prolonged period spent on the lees gives a wine with great mineral expressiveness and surprising ageing potential.
