Colle dei Marmi 2017 x 2, Fiano 100%
Colle dei Marmi is the name of the street that runs alongside the first vineyard planted on the farm and also the name of the first cultivation and winemaking of Fiano experimented in the Castelli Romani in modern times. Given the characteristics of the soils in which this vine finds its best expression, we could not fail to try this cultivation along the slopes of the Lazio volcano. Obtained from a scrupulous selection of grapes, the must ferments at a controlled temperature in large wooden and stainless steel barrels. The maturation and refinement on its lees take place in concrete vats and large barrels for a period of six to eight months. The refinement of Colle dei Marmi, whose production is limited, lasts one year longer than other wines
La Faiola Bianco 2018, Verdicchio, Bombino, Grechetto
Verdicchio, noble brother of Trebbiano Verde, a vine widely cultivated in our areas, convinced that it could find in our vineyards the soil in which to best express itself, and we combined it with Bombino and Grechetto, which recently became part of our production, to create a wine with a well-defined territorial character, which maintained the mineral characteristics of the land, but also the freshness and delicacy of the aromas. After maturation on the skins in the absence of oxygen to preserve the delicate aromas, the must obtained from soft pressing is decanted. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats with selected organic yeasts at a temperature of 15°C for the necessary time; after racking, the wine matures on the fine lees to enhance the typical aromatic qualities of the vines.
La Faiola Rosso 2018, 100% Cesanese
Faiola rosso is the first result of the union of Cesanese grapes from vineyards of different ages: processing and aging combine to perfectly marry the different organoleptic properties and create a unique, fresh and rich Cesanese. Temperature-controlled fermentation precedes soft pressing. The wine remains for four months in concrete vats, four in 7 hectoliter tonneaus and another four in bottles for refinement. Thus is born a ready and aromatic wine, with delicate tannins and typical aromas, which perfectly marries white meat dishes and legume soups, completing a tasting that expresses all the scents of our territory.
Tre Armi Bianco 2019, Malvasia Puntinata 70%, Verdicchio 30%
This wine is an original blend of Malvasia dottinata and Verdicchio, which was born from the need to create a different wine that looks to the future with roots well planted in our land. It owes its name to the place where we built the cellar and is the most apt expression of our company’s philosophy: using what the land has handed down to us to create something unique but recognisable. The grapes are harvested by hand, delicately pressed to keep their taste-olfactory characteristics unaltered. The wine is aged partly in concrete, partly in stainless steel and partly in large wooden barrels, then it rests in the bottle to reach optimal roundness.
Tre Armi Rosso 2019, Cabernet Sauvignon 85%, Cesanese 15%
On the border of our company, a farmer cultivated a small plot for years which provided him with wine, oil and fruit for his large family. When the man passed away late in life, this small but well-kept vineyard experienced years of abandonment. We “adopted” and brought this plot back into production and from its Cabernet Sauvignon and Cesanese grapes we created the red Tre Armi, a rich but simple wine, with fruity and spicy hints that recall the scents of our land. A sincere wine, which contains all the typical scents of our land, perfect for a good grilled meat in the open air. The fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in concrete vats, the refinement in wood and stainless steel.

Genzano (Rome)
Le Rose is a certified organic company that was founded in Genzano, in the heart of the Castelli Romani, in 2003.
The winery is characterized by a strong sense of responsibility towards the environment and the Lazio tradition, using native vines such as Fiano, Malvasia Puntinata, Verdicchio and Cesanese for much of its production.
An area with a thousand-year-old wine tradition, already considered a sort of Cru by the Romans, due to the volcanic soil which gives the wine great elegance.
The position is in fact truly privileged as it is hilly and faces the sea, a few kilometers away, from which it benefits from the breezes.
