Marble Hill 2017 x 2, Fiano 100%

Colle dei Marmi is the name of the street that runs alongside the first vineyard planted on the estate and also the name of the first Fiano cultivation and vinification experimented in the Castelli Romani in modern times. Given the characteristics of the soil in which this vine finds its best expression, we could not but try this cultivation along the slopes of the Latium Volcano. Obtained from a scrupulous selection of grapes, the must ferments at a controlled temperature in large wooden and stainless steel barrels. Maturation and refinement on its lees takes place in cement vats and large casks for a period ranging from six to eight months. The ageing of Colle dei Marmi, whose production is limited, lasts one year longer than the other wines.

La Faiola White 2018, Verdicchio, Bombino, Grechetto

Verdicchio, the noble brother of Trebbiano Verde, a grape variety widely cultivated in our area, convinced that it could find in our vineyards the terrain in which to express itself at its best, and we have combined it with Bombino and Grechetto, which have recently become part of our production, to create a wine with a well-defined territorial character, which maintains the mineral characteristics of the land, but also the freshness and delicacy of the aromas. After maturation on the skins in the absence of oxygen to preserve the delicate aromas, the must obtained from soft pressing is decanted. Fermentation takes place in cement vats with selected organic yeasts at a temperature of 15°C for the necessary time. After racking, the wine matures on the fine lees to enhance the aromatic qualities typical of the vines.

La Faiola Red 2018, Cesanese 100%

Faiola rosso is the first result of the union of Cesanese grapes coming from vineyards of different age: the processing and the ageing combine perfectly the different organoleptic properties and create a unique, fresh and rich Cesanese. Fermentation at controlled temperature precedes soft pressing. The wine remains for four months in cement vats, four in 7 hectolitre tonneaux and another four in bottles for refinement. The result is a ready and aromatic wine, with delicate tannins and typical scents, that perfectly matches white meat dishes and legume soups, completing a tasting that expresses all the scents of our territory.

Three Arms White 2019, Malvasia Puntinata 70%, Verdicchio 30%

This wine is an original blend of Malvasia puntinata and Verdicchio, born from the need to create a different wine that looks to the future with its roots firmly planted in our land. It owes its name to the place where we built the winery and is the most apt expression of our winery's philosophy: using what the land has handed down to us to create something unique but recognizable. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed in order to maintain the taste and smell unaltered. The refinement of the wine takes place partly in cement, partly in stainless steel and partly in large wooden barrels, then it rests in the bottle to reach the optimal roundness.

Three Arms Red 2019, Cabernet Sauvignon 85%, Cesanese 15%

On the border of our farm a farmer for years cultivated a small plot of land that provided wine, oil and fruit for his large family. When the man passed away, this small but well-kept vineyard was abandoned for years. We have "adopted" and brought back into production this plot and from its Cabernet Sauvignon and Cesanese grapes we have created the Tre Armi rosso, a rich but simple wine, with fruity and spicy scents that recall the scents of our land. A sincere wine, which contains all the typical scents of our land, perfect for a good barbecue of meat in the open air. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in cement vats, the refinement in wood and stainless steel.

Genzano (Rome)

Le Rose is a company certified organic born in Genzano, in the heart of the Roman Castlesin 2003.

The winery is characterized by a strong sense of responsibility towards the environment and the tradition of Lazio, using for much of its production indigenous grape varieties such as Fiano, Malvasia Puntinata, Verdicchio and Cesanese.

An area with a millenary winemaking tradition, already considered a sort of Cru by the Romans, because of the volcanic soil that gives the wine a great elegance.

The position is in fact really provilegiata as hilly and facing the sea, a few kilometers away, which benefits from the breezes.
