Arbois La Pepee is a red wine produced by Domaine des Bottes Rouges in Arbois in the Jura, and obtained from pure Pinot Noir grapes harvested manually. The fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts and the refinement takes place in large non-first passage barrels for 9 months, finally at least 3 months in the bottle. Arbois la Pepee is a fresh and lively wine, savory and evolved with hints of red fruits on the nose, light spiciness and balsamic returns. Try it with tagliatelle with black truffle
