The grapes come from an old vineyard characterized by very low yields, after spontaneous fermentation they remain in wood for a period which, depending on the harvest, ranges from a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 4

Withered red flowers, ripe red fruit, rhubarb and eucalyptus, minerals with hints of wild herbs

Slightly oxidized and with a low alcohol content, very fresh with gentle tannins and a rather long finish

Serving temperature 16°-18°
