The grapes come from an area with a lot of sand and quartz, hence the name, they ferment in used barriques and refine for about a year and a half
Freshly uncorked it explodes with floral notes of apple and white peach, then white spices, celery, capers and cucumber, aromatic herbs and finally dried fruit
