🛁 The grapes come from an area with a lot of sand and quartz, hence the name, ferment in used barrels and age for about a year and a half
👃🏻 Freshly uncorked, it then explodes with floral notes of apple and white peach, then white spices, celery, capers and cucumber, herbs and finally dried fruit
👅 Very fresh and savoury, fine and light, great drinking and with a very long finish

In this corner of natural paradise, wheat eaten by the cows is cultivated and the fertiliser produced is used in the vineyard. The producers of this winery, Claude Courtois and his son Etienne, are considered among the forerunners of natural wines in France.
