The grapes are destemmed, fermented for 15 days in concrete and matured in tanks for up to a maximum of 15 months. The name “Les Oliviers” recalls the centuries-old olive trees, one thousand years old, which are found near the Pont du Gard near the place where the grapes are grown.

Dark petaled flowers, ripe red and black fruits, spicy and mineral notes. Fruit jam, tobacco, leather and cocoa.

Very soft and with polite tannins, it retains a beautiful freshness at the expense of an imposing body and great persistence

Serving temperature 20°-22°

Cooperative founded in 1965 in Estezargues near Avignon, Occitania.

The producers that make up the Cooperative are all certified organic, they use native yeasts that trigger spontaneous fermentations, in fact the temperature is not controlled during the winemaking phase.

No sulfur dioxide is added to the wines before bottling, furthermore they are not filtered or clarified.
