Marabino is a fairly young winery that can boast no less than 30 hectares in the Val di Noto, in a crazy terroir with the sea only 7 km away.
Marabino works with respect for nature and the land, the chosen approach is biodynamic, with a high level of care for the vines and the ecosystem around them.
The soil is predominantly calcareous clay, the area is ventilated but well protected and benefits from the entry of sea breezes: the wine obtained is a mineral wine, with brackish returns and very fresh, elegant and savoury, perfect for ageing
