Acacia and orange flowers, honeyed with marked hints of jam and candied fruit, slightly herbaceous and overbearingly mineral

Good acidity, very agile body and easy to drink

Marabino is a rather young winery that can boast 30 hectares in the Val di Noto, in a crazy terroir that sees the sea just 7 km away

Marabino works with respect for nature and the territory, the approach chosen is biodynamic, with great care for the vineyards and in general for the ecosystem that extends around them.

The soil is predominantly clay-limestone, the area is ventilated but well protected and benefits from the entry of sea breezes: the wine obtained is a mineral wine, with salty aftertaste and very fresh, elegant and tasty, perfect for aging
