The grapes are harvested manually, the maceration is 5 hours on the skins, it is then vinified in white with aging for 6 months in steel and 3 months in the bottle

Marabino is a rather young winery that can boast 30 hectares in the Val di Noto, in a crazy terroir that sees the sea just 7 km away

Marabino works with respect for nature and the territory, the approach chosen is biodynamic, with great care for the vineyards and in general for the ecosystem that extends around them.

The soil is predominantly clay-limestone, the area is ventilated but well protected and benefits from the entry of sea breezes: the wine obtained is a mineral wine, with salty aftertaste and very fresh, elegant and tasty, perfect for aging
