The grapes come from a micro plot of white soil and ferment in steel tanks for 3 weeks, here they refine for 5/6 months, then in the bottle for at least another 6 months

Marabino is a rather young winery that can boast 30 hectares in the Val di Noto, in a crazy terroir that sees the sea just 7 km away

Marabino works with respect for nature and the territory, the approach chosen is biodynamic, with great care for the vineyards and in general for the ecosystem that extends around them.

The soil is predominantly clay-limestone, the area is ventilated but well protected and benefits from the entry of sea breezes: the wine obtained is a mineral wine, with salty aftertaste and very fresh, elegant and tasty, perfect for aging
