Harvested in the first days of October. Maceration 14 days. Alcoholic fermentation with temperatures not exceeding 20°. Selected natural fermentation yeasts from native flora. Aging for 6 months in wood. Intense red with a scent of red fruits, dry and harmonious.
Thomas Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOP 2019
Harvested by hand in the first days of October. Maceration 14 days. Winemaking without contact with the skins. Fermentation with controlled temperature. Selected natural fermentation yeasts from native flora. Fruity and floral notes, fresh on the palate. Bright pink color. Excellent to accompany appetizers, fish, and light dishes.
Fides Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOP 2019 x 2
Harvested by hand in the first days of September. Fermentation with controlled temperature
Selected natural fermentation yeasts from native flora. Floral bouquet with notes of hazelnut, fresh and mineral. Straw yellow. Excellent to accompany appetizers and fish soups, medium-aged cheeses.

Casalbordino (Chieti)
Marchioli Wines was born in Casalbordino, in the province of Chieti, from a long family tradition.
Gianluca is an extraordinary winemaker who produces with respect for nature and in memory of his father, to whom Titus is dedicated.
His wines exude love for his family and for the area in which he was born and raised, experiencing the countryside at 360 degrees since he was a boy.
Its wines are decidedly green oriented and certified vegan friendly.
Marchioli’s wines are also all certified organic and can boast a very low quantity of sulfur mg/litre.
The company is under renovation, soon we will visit Gianluca in his new tasting room and have a chat with him over one of his delicious wines, which are so popular in New York.
