Harvested in early October. Maceration 14 days. Alcoholic fermentation at temperatures not exceeding 20°. Selected natural fermentation yeasts from indigenous flora. Aging 6 months in wood. Intense red with scent of red fruits, dry and harmonious.
Thomas Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo PDO 2019
Harvested by hand in early October. Maceration 14 days. Vinification without skin contact. Temperature-controlled fermentation. Selected natural fermentation yeasts from indigenous flora. Fruity and floral notes, fresh on the palate. Bright pink colour. Excellent with hors d'oeuvres, fish and light dishes.
Fides Trebbiano d'Abruzzo PDO 2019 x 2
Harvested by hand in early September. Fermentation with controlled temperature
Selected natural fermentation yeasts from indigenous flora. Floral bouquet with hints of hazelnut, fresh and mineral. Straw yellow. Excellent with hors d'oeuvres and fish soups, medium mature cheeses.

Marchioli Wines was founded in Casalbordino, in the province of Chieti, from a long family tradition.
Gianluca is an extraordinary winemaker who produces in the respect for nature and in memory of his fatherto whom the Titus is dedicated.
His wines exude love for his family and for the land where he was born and raised, experiencing the countryside from an early age.
His wines are decidedly green oriented and certified vegan friendly.
Marchioli wines are also all certified organic and can boast a very low quantity of sulphurous mg/litre.
The winery is under renovation, soon we will visit Gianluca in his new tasting room and have a chat with him in front of one of his delicious wines.
