Coteaux Champenois Ambonnay Blanc is a great white wine produced by the Maison Marguet in Ambonnay, Champagne. It is made from Chardonnay grapes that fermented spontaneously and matured in wooden vats of various passages, finally in the bottle with a total sulphur content of less than 20 mg/litre. Tropical, herbaceous and balsamic on the nose, in the mouth it is of rare elegance, long and enveloping. Coteaux Champenois Ambonnay Blanc should absolutely be tried with shellfish

Ambonnay (France)
Benoit Marguet, young and resolute, is the last descendant of the ancient Maison that was first Bonner-Ave Frèeres, then Marguet-Bonnerave.
He has been at the helm of the company since 2004 and manages 8 hectares of property in Ambonnay, 1.5 of which are rented from Krug.
The wines of the Maison are characterized by extreme attention to production (with the help of two magnificent horses in the vineyard) and a disarming elegance. They transmit energy.
Marguet's Champagnes strike the heart and the palate. The peculiarity is that all the plots are vinified separately in barrels and from year to year Benoit decides on the blends and dosages, achieving unique excellence each time.
