🛁 Made with indigenous yeasts and spontaneous fermentation, it comes from Grand Cru vineyards located in the communes of Ambonnay and Bouzy. The Reserve wine is 15%, aged 36 months on the lees.
👃🏻 The nose is floral, then ripe fruit and fdry burr, spicy and mineral notes, slightly balsamic, finally custard.
👅 The taste is fresh and direct, then mellows and becomes delicate. It is a deep and complex bubble, very mineral in its savoury aspect and with a very long finish

Benoit Marguet, young and resolute, is the last descendant of the ancient Maison that was first Bonner-Ave Frèeres, then Marguet-Bonnerave.
He has been at the helm of the company since 2004 and manages 8 hectares of property in Ambonnay, 1.5 of which are rented from Krug.
The wines of the Maison are characterized by extreme attention to production (with the help of two magnificent horses in the vineyard) and a disarming elegance. They transmit energy.
Marguet's Champagnes strike the heart and the palate. The peculiarity is that all the plots are vinified separately in barrels and from year to year Benoit decides on the blends and dosages, achieving unique excellence each time.
