Red wine

  From old swans on clay-limestone soil. The grapes are vinified separately: the gamay macerates for 2 weeks and is made of 50% steel, while the remaining 50% is made in 300 and 500 liter barrels; The Cot, on the other hand, macerates for 20 days and makes 350 liter wood.

Small ripe red fruits, Rose and Violet, Black Pepper and Flint

Rich and energetic sip, enjoyable but agile, mineral.

Marie Thibault worked as an employee of Francois Chidaine in 2002 and then became an independent wine producer in 2004. Her company is located in Lignieres de Touraine, on the edge of the Loire Valley. Marie owns 3.5 ha, where white and red grape varieties such as Chenin Blanc, Grolleau and Gamay grow. The vineyards are about 50 years old under organic cultivation (since 2014) and about 10 thousand bottles of red whites and petillants are produced annually.
