  From a 50-year-old vineyard on clay-limestone soil. Manual harvest in small containers and then used 600 liter barrels for 18 months. Unfiltered.

Ripe yellow pulp fruit, chamomile flowers, herbaceous and mineral, slightly spicy

Full sip, fresh and tasty. It fills the mouth when tasted and the heart on the finish, with great persistence.

Serving temperature 12°-14°

Spiced white meat or goat’s cheese.

Marie Thibault worked as an employee of Francois Chidaine in 2002 and then became an independent wine producer in 2004. Her company is located in Lignieres de Touraine, on the edge of the Loire Valley. Marie owns 3.5 ha, where white and red grape varieties such as Chenin Blanc, Grolleau and Gamay grow. The vineyards are about 50 years old under organic cultivation (since 2014) and about 10 thousand bottles of red whites and petillants are produced annually.
