🛁 From a 50-year-old vineyard on clay-limestone soil. Manual harvesting in small containers and then used 600 litre barrels for 18 months. Unfiltered.

Marie Thibault worked as an employee of Francois Chidaine in2002, then became an independent wine producer in 2004. Her winery is located in Lignieres de Touraine, on the edge of the Loire Valley. Marie owns 3.5 ha, in which white and red grape varieties such as Chenin Blanc, Grolleau and Gamay grow. The vineyards are about 50 years old under organic cultivation(since 2014) and about 10 thousand bottles are produced annually between white reds and petillants.
