Pinot Grigio 2018
It comes from 30-year-old vines located in a clayey-marly soil. Long and gentle pressing, decanting for 24 hours and then settling. Fermentation in stainless steel. Aroma of wild flowers, ripe pear and dried fruit.
Chardonnay 2019
Clayey-marly soil. Long, gentle pneumatic pressing. Alcoholic fermentation 80% in stainless steel, 20% in barrique for 6 months. Aroma of banana, pineapple with tropical fruits. Warm taste reminiscent of the Mediterranean.
Ribolla Gialla 2019
Marly clay soil. Pure Ribolla Gialla. Fermentation 65% in stainless steel, 35% in barrique for 6 months. Striking nose of dried figs.
Zala Malvasia 2019
Pure Malvasia. Fermentation 90% in stainless steel and 10% in barrique. Light tobacco aroma with hints of hazelnut and chocolate. Warm mineral flavour of dried fruit.

Pure Cabernet Sauvignon. Biodynamic practice. Manual harvest with grape sorting. Destemming and crushing. Short, soft pneumatic pressing. Maturation 75% in barriques and 25% in barriques or tonneaux. Notes of ripe blackberries and berries. With warm taste and soft tannins

Marinic is located in the Slovenian Collio, one of the world's best terroirs for white wines since the time of Maria Theresa of Austria.
The winery is the result of a meeting between the Marinic family and Charles-Louis de Noüe, a young Frenchman in love with Goriska Brda (Slovenian Collio), and with an important background as co-owner of Domaine Leflaive in Burgundy.
Here, sustainable and personal wines are produced, and with every sip you can feel the respect and passion for this territory that represents a large slice of European wine tradition.
These wines are the meeting of the family's deep-rooted experience in the cultivation of vines in these territories and the French vision and expertise of Charles-Louis de Noüe, built up over decades of running the Domaine Leflaive in Puligny Montrachet.
