Vereinter Schatz White 2020, Grüner Veltliner, Riesling

It ferments for the 80% in steel and for the 20% in large wooden barrels. It is the winery's calling card. Harmonious, balanced and complex. A wine rich in personality and incredibly drinkable. "Vereinter Schatz" means "united treasure". It is a bit of a play on words, meaning to unify the precious resources available in the winery. Unfiltered wine. Corresponds to the wine that used to be called Gemischte Satz White and had to change its name for bureaucratic reasons.

Anina Green 2020, Gruner Veltliner, Riesling

An unusual wine from Grüner Veltliner that ferments spontaneously for 12 days with pressed Riesling skins. Six months of maturation on the fine lees - part in steel and part in old wood - give fruit and complexity. Gravity racking, unfiltered wine, only 8 mg/l of sulphites added at bottling.

Riesling Strasser 2020

Vinified in steel. Aged for 20% in steel and 80% in large barrels. Made from grapes from vines planted between 1964 and 1983 in two of the most important crus of the Kamptal Valley: Strasser Gaisberg and Wechselberg. The rock present in the vines is transferred into the glass to give us a wine with great minerality. Elegant.

Martin is a very young producer, born in 1983, who can already boast of many vintages behind him. In fact, he began working in the vineyards of his family's business at a very young age.

He is a fan of Riesling and Gruner Veltinerand here he really plays at home, since he lives in the Strass area, characterised by two types of soil: Sand, Clay and Silt, typically suitable for Gruner, and Rock, perfect for Riesling.

It produces wines from indigenous yeasts, with spontaneous fermentation and a very low amount of sulphur dioxide at bottling.

The trademark is the fact that he always works one part of the mass in steel and the other in large, non-first-pass wood. Fruit and complexity are assured in his wines.

Production approx. 45000 bottles per year
