Dedicated to Barcelona’s iconic Bar Brutal the grapes come from slate-rich soil and are harvested manually. Native yeasts and spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for about a month, matures in 600 liter Demi-Muids. No filtration or clarification, minimal addition of pre-bottling sulphur.
Broad and complex nose, with white flowers and yellow petals, pulpy fruit and also orange peel, very aromatic and with great minerality
