🛁 Dedicated to Barcelona's iconic Bar Brutal, the grapes come from slate-rich soil and are harvested by hand. Native yeasts and spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for about a month, matured in 600-litre Demi-Muids. No filtration or clarification, minimal addition of sulphur dioxide pre-bottling.
