🍇 Grenache Gris 60%, Macabeu 40%
🛁 Blend of Grenache Gris and Macabeu from a half-hectare plot planted on a soil of lime, clay and slate, surrounded by garrigue. Maceration and fermentation for a month in 1,000 litre Italian amphorae, indigenous yeasts, then maturation for 8 months in the same amphorae.
👃🏻 White and yellow flowers, exotic fruit, Mediterranean scrub, herbs and intense minerality
👅 Supple and concrete, full-bodied, with slightly oxidative hints, crazy elegance and long finish
👍🏻 Serving temperature 12°-14°.
