🛁 Autochthonous yeasts and spontaneous fermentation, like all Lubbe wines, short carbonic maceration, refinement for about 9 months in cement, no clarification or filtration.
👃🏻 Nose of dark flowers, red fruits and dried fruits such as hazelnut and almond, slightly aromatic and spicy.
The taste is light, agile, but also soft, the tannin is barely noticeable, persistent.
