From vineyards on black marl with vines up to 70 years old and produced with native yeasts and spontaneous fermentation, like all Lubbe wines, it involves 5 days of carbonic maceration and refines in cement for approximately 6 months.
Dark petaled flowers, red fruits, undergrowth and Mediterranean scrub, incredible minerality
Deep and soft sip but at the same time fresh, the slim body in fact simplifies drinking, the tannin is gentle and the finish is long
