Blanc 2019, Grenache Gris 70%, Macabeu 30%
From yields of only 15 hectoliters per hectare. It ferments in wood where it then ages for a further 14 months on the lees. Spices, flint and pear. Three-dimensional and dismaying.
Olla Blanc 2020, Macabeu 50%, Muscat a petit grain 50%
Native yeasts and spontaneous fermentation, whole cluster. Aged in used 228-litre barriques. White flowers and summer fruit, aromatic with hints of salt and Mediterranean scrub. Fresh, graceful and savoury, aromatic even on the palate and very pleasant.
El Carner Rouge 2020, Grenache Gris 60%, Macabeu 40%
El Carner in the Catalan language is the ram. A blend of Grenache Gris and Macabeu from a half-hectare plot planted on a soil of lime, clay and slate, surrounded by garrigue. Maceration and fermentation for a month in Italian amphorae of 1,000 litres, indigenous yeasts, then maturation for 8 months in the same amphorae.
Cotes Catalanes Rouge 2019Carignan
Soft pressing carried out in a small vat with feet. Aged for 20 months in wood. Carignan on granite, it gives life to a complex explosion of black fruits, spices, tar and leather perfectly blended by a very pleasant acid-salty note.
French DisKo Cinsault 2020
From vines planted on clay-limestone, iron-rich red soil. The grapes are vinified in a cement container. Fermented on the skins for about 2 weeks. Aged in cement for 8 months. Light, fresh, enjoyable, salty wine. A hymn to joy and drinkability
Tattouine 2020, Grenache Gris 90%, Grenache 10%
3-week maceration of grapes from a shale parcel. Light alcohol content and aromas of fruit and spices for a light, sleek and thirst-quenching sip.

Lime, Cote Catalanes (France)
Tom Lubbe, from South Africa to a small village of 300 people in Roussillon, with no return.
It was 2002 and in a short time Tom has become a cult producer not only for the wonderful terroir of Lime.
Its wines are taut, nervous and mineral like the granite on which the old vines are planted, at the same time graceful and ethereal, like the wind that inevitably combs those wild hills.
