Matassa Olla Blanc 2023

Olla Blanc is a white wine produced by Matassa a Calce, in Languedoc Roussillon, and obtained from Macabeu and Muscat petit grain grapes harvested manually. Spontaneous whole bunch fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for a few days. Vinification in exhausted barriques with bottling without additions, clarifications or filtrations. Olla Blanc has an aromatic and summery smell of Mediterranean scrub, fresh and pleasant on the palate, savory and persistent. Try it with shellfish!
