🛁 From vines planted on clay-limestone, iron-rich red soil. The three grapes are vinified together in a cement container. Fermented on the skins for about 2 weeks. It ages in cement for 8 months.
👃🏻 Violet and red fruits, Mediterranean scrub, balsamic aftertaste and great minerality
👅 Compulsive, fresh and savoury, full-bodied but slender, the tannins are perceptible but polite, the finish is long
👍🏻 Serving temperature 16°-18°.
