Tommy Ferriol is a red wine produced by Matassa di Tom Lubbe in Calce, in the Languedoc Roussillon, and obtained from Syrah and Muscat grapes. Manual harvest and spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for 3 days, then bottled without additions or filtrations. Tommy Ferriol is a lively and light red wine, with a long and aromatic finish, the nose exudes forest, balsamic and aromatic herbal scents. Try it with fish-based red first courses. It takes the place of Brutal Rouge, the name from Tom Lubbe and the surname from Mas Ferriol the owner of the vineyard from which the grapes come. Graceful body and great drinkability
