The Monte Dall’Ora vineyards are located in an area of classic Valpolicella particularly suited to viticulture: on the Castelrotto hill grapes have been grown and wine has been produced since the 5th century. The choice to produce single cru wines summarizes the company’s search for identity. In Monte dall’Ora and Camporenzo the Veronese pergola vineyard is cultivated on terraces facing south-east towards the city of Verona.
In San Giorgio there is the high hill Valpolicella Superiore, where finesse and verticality are predominant. Finally, a new synergistic vineyard project is coming to life in Sausto.
The land is half a meter deep and rocks emerge that form a limestone base of Eocene origin. The rocks, quite friable, drain excess water and guarantee the necessary humidity for the roots of the vines, which go deep, extracting precious mineral substances.
