🛁 From the hill of Castelrotto, in the heart of the historic Valpolicella, on the southeast ridge of Monte Dall'Ora at about 150/200 metres above sea level on calcareous soil of Eocene origin. The grapes are harvested by hand starting in the last ten days of September. Obtained with the traditional Ripasso technique, through the natural refermentation of Valpolicella Classico on Recioto marc for about 7 days. Aged in large casks for 6 months and then in bottles for 8 months.

San Pietro in Cariano (VR)

The vineyards of Monte Dall'Ora are located in an area of the classic Valpolicella particularly suited to viticulture: on the hill of Castelrotto grapes have been cultivated and wine produced since the fifth century. The decision to produce wines from a single cru sums up the company's search for identity. At Monte dall'Ora and Camporenzo the Veronese pergola vines are cultivated on terraces facing southeast towards the city of Verona.

San Giorgio is home to the high hill Valpolicella Superiore, where finesse and verticality are predominant. Finally, a new synergistic vineyard project is taking shape in Sausto.

The earth is half a metre deep and rocks outcrop, forming a calcareous basement of Eocene origin. The rocks, which are quite friable, drain excess water and provide the necessary humidity for the roots of the vines, which descend into the depths, extracting valuable mineral substances.
