The grapes come from vines that are 20 to 40 years old and sink their roots into mixed soil, lapilli, tuff and clay. Produced from volcanic soil, with plots at 400 to 600 m a.s.l., subjected to strong temperature excursions. Native yeasts, spontaneous fermentation in steel, where it remains 6 months, then another 6 months in the bottle. Melogna in Neapolitan dialect identifies the badger: in fact, in one of the vineyards there are numerous badger dens. Citrus fruits, broom flowers, brackish notes with iodine returns.
