Red wine

  Produced from volcanic soil, with plots from 400 to 600 m above sea level, subjected to strong temperature variations. Native yeasts, spontaneous fermentation in steel, where it remains for 6 months, then another 6 months in the bottle. Melogna in the Neapolitan dialect identifies the yew: in one of the vineyards there are in fact numerous yew dens.

Citrus fruits, broom flowers, salty notes with iodized returns.

Monte di Grazia is a 2.7 hectare winery in Tramonti, on the Amalfi coast, where mountains and sea fit together harmoniously to create a unique panorama.

It is the perfect context for the Alfonso vines, with its volcanic soils on which these centenary plants live with trunks up to 40 centimeters in diameter.

Natural, ancient and tent viticulture where tomatoes, courgettes, basil and many other vegetables are also grown between one vine and another.
