From soils mixed with clay and tuff. Native yeasts and spontaneous fermentation in steel. It refines for 36 months in steel then 3 months in large 30 hl chestnut barrels (only for the 2011, 2012, 2013 vintages) and 12 months in the bottle.
Complex nose of dark petaled flowers and red fruits, undergrowth and aromatic herbs, then iodine and spicy notes and lots of minerality.
Round and with great acidity, in magical balance, ripe and delicate tannin, elegant and long sip
Serving temperature 14°-16°
Amalfi fish soup
Complex and intense, but graceful to drink
Sunsets, Salerno
Monte di Grazia is a 2.7 hectare winery in Tramonti, on the Amalfi coast, where mountains and sea fit together harmoniously to create a unique panorama.
It is the perfect context for the Alfonso vines, with its volcanic soils on which these centenary plants live with trunks up to 40 centimeters in diameter.
Natural, ancient and tent viticulture where tomatoes, courgettes, basil and many other vegetables are also grown between one vine and another.
The wines of Monte di Grazia are a pure expression of the Tramonti terroir, elegant, frank and delicious
