The grapes come from vines that are 20 to 40 years old and have their roots in mixed soil, lapillus, tuff and clay. They macerate for several days on the skins in steel and then always rest in steel and bottles

Monte di Grazia is a 2.7 hectare winery in Tramonti, on the Amalfi coast, where mountains and sea fit together harmoniously to create a unique panorama.
It is the perfect context for the Alfonso vines, with its volcanic soils on which these centenary plants live with trunks up to 40 centimeters in diameter.
Natural, ancient and tent viticulture where tomatoes, courgettes, basil and many other vegetables are also grown between one vine and another.
