Nebbiolo 3 Bottles
Digital data sheets sent by email
Also known as Spanna or Chiannevasca, Nebbiolo is the king of Italian black berries, the noblest but also one of the most difficult vines to breed.
An autochthonous Piedmontese variety also found in Valle d'Aosta, Lombardy, Abruzzi, Marche and even Sardinia, it is not inclined to give great results outside Italy, but in Italy it is bred on around 6000 hectares.
It is the protagonist of some of the greatest Italian wines such as Barolo and Barbaresco, but also Gattinara, Sassella and Sfursat, among others.
A vine with great vigour that prefers cool, hilly terrain, it matures late, like all champions.
