San Giovanni al Natisone, Friuli
The company that never idles: in fact the Latin expression Nec-otium means not idle.
This expression recalls the importance of daily work, and distinguishes the stubbornness of this small company even though it is located a stone’s throw from Slovenia, within the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC denomination.
The owner of the company is Christian Patat and his life, as well as his work, is all here, between the Natisone hills and the Ronchi of Manzano. The wines of this young company are taut and clean, fresh and fully expressive of the terroir
