In the vineyard are bred ancient vines arcesi as the Lecinaro and theBlack levelthe Pampanarothe Capolongo and the They ripen white, and other varieties such as Pointed Malvasia, Muscat of Terracina e Syrah. They are cultivated in balance between heaven and earth according to the dictates of biodynamic agriculture.
The cellar covers 1000 m2 and is located in the basement: vinification room, barrel room, place for the storage of bottles and kitchen area. Here takes place the Magic all wines are spontaneously fermented and aged in cement tanks, terracotta amphorae or in oak or acacia wood. The wine does not undergo any intervention, in fact are banned clarification e filtration.
The wines are bottled strictly following the phases of the moon.
