Cloe 2018 Brut Nature Rosé x 2, Lecinaro

Produced in the Tramonti district from new hillside vineyards on calcareous clay soil. Breeding a espalier with Guyot pruning and density 4000 vines with a yield of 60 Q/Ha. Vinification is carried out according to Biodynamic principles, through spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, spontaneous re-fermentation in the bottle with indigenous yeasts and Demeter certified sugar, no stabilization, no clarification or filtration, no dosage. Aged for 6 months in cement, 18 months on the lees. Sulphur dioxide 30 mg/l Disgorgement: 09/20

Fregellae 2018 Frusinate IGP White x 2, Pampanaro, Maturano, Capolongo

It takes its name from the most important Roman colony in southern Lazio, and is produced with plants aged 6 years in the district Tramonti. Soil ergilloso calcareous, breeding to spalliera with pruning to Guyot, density of 4000 stumps for hectare for one yield of 70 Q/ha. Lhe winemaking process follows the dictates of biodynamics, i.e. spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation with the yeasts indigenous, no stabilization, no clarification or filtration. Maceration of 20 days on the skins of Pampanaro. Alcoholic fermentation in cement tanks, and aging in acacia barrels of 500l for 12 months. Sulphur dioxide 39 mg/l

WTF 2019 Frusinate PGI WhiteAutochthonous vines of the company (1 litre)

It comes from 5-year-old vines located in a hilly, calcareous area. Alcoholic fermentation and spontaneous malolactic fermentation with native yeasts, no stabilization, clarification or filtration. Ages for 15 months in cement tanks. Very low yield 30 Q/ha and total sulphur dioxide 40 mg/l.

The choice of producing in a sustainable and biodynamic has led the company to adopt a method of cultivation that goes beyond the concept of organic farming as it renounces any chemical intervention in the vineyard.

Biodynamic practice places the soil at the center of the agricultural universe, and through the use of biodynamic preparations totally natural (dynamized with water) is able to preserve the soil and make it fertile.

In the vineyard are bred ancient vines arcesi as the Lecinaro and theBlack levelthe Pampanarothe Capolongo and the They ripen white, and other varieties such as Pointed Malvasia, Muscat of Terracina e Syrah. They are cultivated in balance between heaven and earth according to the dictates of biodynamic agriculture.

The cellar covers 1000 m2  and is located in the basement: vinification room, barrel room, place for the storage of bottles and kitchen area. Here takes place the Magic all wines are spontaneously fermented and aged in cement tanks, terracotta amphorae or in oak or acacia wood. The wine does not undergo any intervention, in fact are banned clarification e filtration.
The wines are bottled strictly following the phases of the moon.
