Paone Campania Fiano is a white wine produced by Cantina del Barone in Cesinali, in the province of Avellino. It is the Fiano based on the Sarno family tradition and is dedicated to the peacock, a symbol of nobility and coat of arms. At the time aristocrats owned aviaries within their estates and so did our Baron, and it is precisely in his memory that the Sarno family continues its history. The vinification and subsequent refinement take place in steel, just a few months then in the bottle. The nose is floral, citrusy and herbaceous, the mouth is fresh and slender, tasty. Try it with seafood-based pastas

The Sarno family has been working this land for over a century, initially employed by the Baron, who however resided in Naples, then as owners since the 1990s.
The company is set within a magnificent terroir: perfect exposure, influences from the surrounding mountains, Terminio and Partenio and a volcanic soil rich in minerals.
Now the cellar is run by Luigi Sarno, who won the prestigious Giulio Gambelli award in 2018.
He is considered a Fianologist, in fact he produces, in an absolutely artisanal way, only this variety with two labels on the market.
